DONT BUY FROM MAGICMOTION

I won this scooter from magicmotion a couple of months ago and now its worth less because in the desciption it is road legal and a 14year old can ride it THATS NOT TRUE ,as im a grandmother and bought one for work and got pulled by the police and told to get it legalised for road use i was shocked so i emailed magicmotion and there reply was havent the police got anything better to do and to see a solisitor (yeh im loaded ) because to acually ride it on the road its not allowed to weigh no more than 40kilos go no more than 15mph and the watt of the rear hub motor is not to be anymore than 200 watts or 0.2kw but every time i email them with these questions they never reply and there is no garentee with these scooters BE WARNED DONT BUY FROM THEM TRY ELSE WHERE ,,
